How long will it take you to respond to my inquiry regarding an appointment?
It typically takes 24-48 hours in that I have a career outside of the hobby that dictates a big part of my time. I am overwhelmed in appointment requests, therefore, I ask for your patience and persistence. If I don't reply, it means that your appointment request was either incomplete, or that it was lost in the hundreds of weekly inquiries.

When can we meet?
I need time to conduct screening and check references. Sometimes this can be accomplished quickly, but I prefer a little advance notice. Ideally 24 hours. If I am not able to check references, I am not able to see you.
How far in advance would you like for me to schedule a visit?
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. For travel engagements a minimum of two weeks notice is necessary. I have many activities which occupy my time and I must plan my responsibilities and schedule accordingly.
